The Uganda Union Mission Executive Committee, meeting at Peniel Beach Hotel on 8th June 2026, voted new leaders to serve in two key offices within the Union.

Following the recent decision by the East-Central Africa Division (ECD) to attach the West Nile region to the Uganda Union Mission as a Local Attached Territory, the Executive Committee voted Pastor Robinson Okello to serve as the Coordinator of the West Nile Attached Territory.

In the same meeting, Pastor Rogers Kaggwa was voted as the Associate Secretary of the Uganda Union Mission, marking his return to Union-level leadership.

The appointments were made as part of the Union’s commitment to strengthening leadership and enhancing the effectiveness of ministry across its territory. Church leaders expressed confidence in the newly elected officers and pledged their support as they assume their new responsibilities.

Congratulations to Pastor Robinson Okello and Pastor Rogers Kaggwa upon their election, and best wishes as they serve God's church in their respective roles.
