The 14 congregations under the Kampala Metropolitan Zone (KMZ) are set to unite in a powerful celebration of Zone Sabbath under the timely theme, “Unity.” This special Sabbath will bring members together in worship, fellowship, and renewed commitment to the church’s mission.
In the lead-up to the celebration, zone preachers will visit various congregations to promote the Kampala Metropolitan Zone and present it as a strategic vehicle for mission and evangelism. These presentations aim to strengthen the identity of the zone and inspire members to participate actively in outreach initiatives.
This united worship experience will not only foster deeper bonds among the congregations but also affirm the zone's role in advancing the Gospel within the Kampala region and beyond.
In preparation for the Zone Promotion Sabbath, elders from the Kampala Metropolitan Zone convened at Buladde Palm Villa Hotel on 28th June 2025 for a strategic meeting focused on strengthening unity among the 14 congregations. The gathering provided a platform for the elders to brainstorm, share insights, and develop collaborative approaches to foster deeper connection, cooperation, and shared vision across the zone. Emphasis was placed on practical steps toward promoting harmony, enhancing communication, and positioning the zone as a united force for mission and evangelism. The meeting marked a significant step toward building a stronger, more cohesive church family under the theme of “Unity.”
